A planned program area dedicated to survivors of violence — providing transitional housing, advocacy, and the stability needed to rebuild a safe future.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services. For confidential 24/7 support, the U.S. National Domestic Violence Hotline is 1-800-799-7233.
This program area is being developed to pursue the U.S. Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) transitional housing opportunity — aligning our capacity to the funder's stated areas of focus.
Eligible areas of focus include transitional housing for survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking; short-term rental and utility assistance; security deposits and relocation assistance; housing stability and permanent housing placement; and employment counseling and workforce support.
Every interaction is designed around the safety, dignity, and choices of the survivor — never re-traumatizing, always empowering.
We are committed to confidentiality protections consistent with VAWA standards as we build this program.
Services planned in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole, meeting survivors within their own communities.
Connected to the full Foundation network and community partners for wraparound, whole-person support.
We are actively developing this program area as part of our federal grant expansion strategy. Funders, partner agencies, and advocates — let's build it together.
