Spiritual Care
Prayer, presence, and pastoral comfort for those in hospitals, homes, and times of grief — meeting people where they are, in any faith tradition or none.
A program of La Familia Simón Foundation · 501(c)(3)
A faith-based community outreach program bringing spiritual care, compassionate presence, and humanitarian support to people in their hardest moments — wherever hope is needed.
CAP-537 trains and deploys volunteer chaplains to walk alongside individuals and families in crisis — offering prayer, comfort, a listening ear, and a steady connection to the care they need. No one should face the hardest moments alone.
